Visiting West Chester

As you may know my son and his wife live in West Chester,
PA so I occasionally visit them there and get to do some
sight-seeing and shopping.

This time we made it to the QVC station, (we didn't tour)

as well as the outlet store which is always a good time for us.
My daughter in law and I both found jewelry we liked this
time. They have 6 QVC Outlet Stores, all on the east coast:

If you can't get there, you may want to check out the clearance:

We also shopped at Wegmans ( a premium grocery store in
the region) for some cocktail party fare. Yum!

We munched out before the Gallery Walk on "First Friday"

Apparently the "Big" Gallery Walk is held in June and Oct.

But we had a great time visiting art, photo, jewelry, and
antique stores in this charming little town. (Note of caution -
wear good walking shoes as the walk is over both brick and
cobblestone "sidewalks").

We tend to do a lot of eating out while I am there. Here a couple
of the best we visited this time:

Now this isn't in PA but on the way back from DC we stoped
in Wilmington DE for some lunch and outlet mall shopping

We also headed to Fat Cat Comics and Games at 115 West
Lancaster Avenue in Downingtown, PA.

They are involved with some event for Wizards
of the Coast on May 18
